Urgent on-the-day Appointments (eConsult)

If you need an urgent appointment, please fill out the online eConsult using the link below.

eConsult opens at 7am Monday – Friday.

Please remember, our reception team cannot book same-day appointments without the request being triaged.

We do not accept eConsults for babies under 6-months old, in these occasions please phone the Surgery.

Online Appointments

You can book an online appointment for blood pressure tests and cervical smears, by using your NHS App.

How do I check or cancel an appointment?

The best way to check or cancel an existing appointment is to call the surgery on 01420 477111 or 01428 770004 and select option 1 – this will enable you to check and cancel an appointment without queuing on the phone system.

Home visits

Due to limited availability, the surgery will only conduct home visits on patients that are house bound and unable to attend the surgery. If you feel you or someone you care for needs a home visit, please inform the surgery.
