Non-NHS Services
Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:
- Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
- Insurance claim forms
- Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
- Private sick notes
- Vaccination certificates
Our fees are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and are regularly reviewed.
Medicals:
HGV/MGV/PCV/Taxi – £155
Elderly & Over 70 Driver Medical – £80
Adoption/Fostering Medical – £80
Fee of DNA Medicals – £60
Fee of cancellation (on the day) – £30
Travel:
Holiday Cancellation Form – £50
Other:
TWIMC Letter (Price may vary) – £35 – £50
Firearms Certificate – £55
Insurance Reports – £120
Additional Information – £30
