If you require an interpreter to be booked, please make us aware at the time of the appointment booking.
Where face to face interpretation is not available, we provide access to a phone interpreting service.
This service is provided free of charge.
We realise that many patients prefer to bring a friend or family member and we are happy to use them instead, as long as their English is sufficient to allow a fluent conversation between the doctor and patient about their medical problem.
